Thank you for choosing Offside Sports. We are excited to get your new jersey to you, wherever you are in the world. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1 to 3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For personalized jerseys (with a custom name, number, or patches), please allow an additional [2 to 3 business days] for processing.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to provide the best value to our customers worldwide.

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: €5.00

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Available for all orders over €100.00

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays in your country, postal service efficiency, and holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Yes, all orders come with tracking.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Offside Sports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These fees are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small time gap to cancel/change an order or to change the address of the order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at offsidesports.shop@gmail.com. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
